To request for an exchange, kindly contact us by email or phone
call. An exchange will be issued upon receipt of returned goods.
Dopie flip-flops must be unworn, clean and properly packed.
Fees to cover for exchange will be shouldered by buyer.

All our products are carefully examined prior to packing and shipping.
Our local couriers take utmost care in handling the package. If the
package is damaged* during shipping, kindly inform us within three
(3) days of receipt of your order.
We will replace the damaged item upon receipt of goods. All fees
shall be shouldered by the customer.
*note: only covers incorrect sizing and incorrect color received vs. color ordered
only damage due to shipping is covered. customer damage, wear and tear
not covered by policy. 3day return policy starts on day package is received
